Butterflies - Analysis

After listen to the short-story "Butterflies". Read analysis of the short story. Why is this a good analysis? What can you learn from this analysis?

I think this is a very good analysis because I got a surprising good picture of the texts. When i listen to the text for myself, I did not thought so far at all. Patricia Grace, who have wrote the analysis, starts it with a short summery of the text. This give the reader a good image of what the story really is about.

In addition to the first paragraph, the next paragraphs is about Patricia Grace thoughts about the short text. Here we get a lot of information the we, at least I get when I read the text. At the end, Grace writes her opinion of the text. I think it is a good way to end the analysis.

How English affects me in my every-day life

B) Write a short text where you reflect on the different ways the English
language affects and influences you in every-day life.

English affects me a lot in my every-day-life. I not just learn English lessons at school. When I’m at home I also get from different places. When I watch TV I hear English, I can read English if I watch international channels. When I am on the internet I read a lot of English, and last but not least I learn English at home when I do my English homework.

Little something about myself

A) Write a little something about yourself on your blog.
My name is Hallvard,
and I’m 16 years old.
I live in Trondheim, Hoeggen,
In a very big white house.

I am studying at Øien,
The very best school.
When I do not eat or study English,
I like to train and be with friends.

Hope you liked my little song :)
